Crowley Data Poland enjoys a 4,5 per cent increase of revenues in 2010
Crowley Data Poland past year’s revenues amounted to PLN 05,3m and were by 4,5 per cent higher than in 2009, which is attributed to new contracts in the corporate customer sector.
Last year, the company increased the sales of voice services by over PLN 4,2m, which constitutes an 11% growth. Within this product group, VoIP/ISDN services noted the highest increase of 28%. Among data transmission services, VPN solutions enjoyed the highest – about 19 per cent - growth, which translates into over PLN 1,1m. TelcoEnabler team dedicated to ISP customers, generated about PLN 0,5m of sales revenue. A revenue increase from high margin products, such as VPN and VoIP/ISDN, is especially significant for the year 2011 results as it should boost the company’s profitability and the level of EBITDA.
– In 2010 we increased revenues in our key business areas. We established expert teams dedicated to perfect our efficiency in handling the largest corporations and the public institutions. – said Dariusz Terlecki, the CDP Commercial Director and Member of the Board. – Our most important achievement was the implementation of a corporate network in a hundred branch offices of Getin Noble Bank and a successful implementation of the project for the Municipality of Warsaw, which - up to signing the agreement - was the largest venture of this kind in the Polish telecommunications sector in 2010. We use all company’s business channels to cooperate with other corporations added Dariusz Terlecki.
In consequence of a new strategy implemented in 2010 Crowley Data Poland, the company adopted a large-scale saving program, especially in the area of fixed costs. The company has also underwent a process of restructuring and converting its debt into own capital, which strengthened its financial standing. Launching commercial operations in Bydgoszcz was another key success of the company’s operations. This is yet another element of a consistently developed strategy of territorial expansion, which is crucial when approaching multi-branch customers.
– In addition to internal changes, we pay special attention to a continuous development of our product offer and infrastructure. We have just completed the deployment of a broadband radio access network based on an LMDS technology. This network covers the largest Polish conurbations. – said Jarosław Roszkowski, the President of the Management Board of Crowley Data Poland. – The year 2011 will be marked by an intense development of service portfolio for largest business customers. We, also, intend to intensify efforts on optimizing the structure of expenses and increasing the sales profitability of the enterprise.– added Jarosław Roszkowski.
